Dr. Sergey Turchin is a strong believer
in patient education. If patients
understand the nature, cause and
consequences of their medical
problems, as well as realize the reason
behind each medical treatment, then
they are able to manage their existing
medical problems much better and
prevent the development of new
complications.
Dr. Turchin gives 30-40 minute
seminars to interested patients on the
last Thursday of every month
(excluding holiday) at 5:00 pm. Talks
are given with Power Point Illustrations
in Patient Education rooms A/B, on the
first floor of Florida Hospital Flagler.
Snacks and drinks are usually
provided.
